Immediately after the interview concludes, make notes about the experience. Topics could include
the names and roles of people with whom you met who were not on your original schedule
what you talked about with individuals
your impressions of people and the employer
new information about the employer or its clients
details about the employer’s hiring timeline and what you can expect next
follow-up tasks you agreed to do
Later that day or the next morning, review CDO’s advice to decide whether to send thank-you email messages to the people with whom you interviewed.
