Kelly J. Voight, Assistant Dean
Kelly Voight has 20 years of experience advising students and attorneys regarding careers. She is responsible for the overall administration of the Career Development Office which supports students and alumni in exploring careers in law firms, public interest, government, judicial clerkships, business and alternative careers. Voight is an active member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP), most recently serving as Chair of NALP's Recruitment Practices Advisory Group. Before joining Yale, she provided career counseling to students at Duke Law School. From 1992 to 1995, she was an associate in the litigation department of the Boston law firm Wilmer Hale, where she handled general litigation matters. She received her law degree with high honors from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in Psychology from Boston College.
