Kristen B. Rozansky, Associate Dean
Kristen Rozansky is an experienced and sophisticated fundraising, alumni relations, and communications professional with a 25-year career spanning higher education, academic medicine, biomedical research, and public health at institutions that include the University of Pennsylvania, Penn State University, and Harvard University.
Throughout her career, Rozansky has demonstrated success in building high-performing fundraising, alumni engagement, and communications teams; engaging volunteers and trustees; planning and executing fundraising campaigns; and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders. Most recently, she was the Vice Dean for External Relations at the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health where she provided oversight for all philanthropic functions as well as alumni affairs. Before assuming her leadership position as Vice Dean at Harvard, Rozansky served as the Associate Dean for Development at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health; Vice President for Development and Communications at the Jackson Laboratory; and Chief Development Officer for Penn State Hershey Medical Center, with responsibility for building a grateful family fundraising program, and raising funds for two major capital initiatives, including the construction of a new, free-standing children’s hospital.
Before joining the team at Penn State, Rozansky spent 11 years at the University of Pennsylvania, where she built a highly successful fundraising program at the Raymond and Ruth Perelman School of Medicine. As the Executive Director at Penn Medicine she had oversight for alumni fundraising, alumni relations, health system and school planned giving, and management of campaign communications. Prior to joining Penn Medicine, Rozansky served for six years as the Director of Donor Relations and Board Management at the Wharton School.
